very important book about small cell beekeeping

who has an idea how to get this book?

book out to look some stuff up and then realized that in past weeks in
quoting from it old things used to read about, that I was saying 1985 and not
1965 and so right now feel so stupid……………………..

For I consider this one of the greatest books ever written and in Bucharest
– Romania way back with just so much knowledge and history in it it’s just
great for having………….and so for those overseas in europe here that
know Apimondia and the international beekeeping federation of beekeeper’s
associations, my deepest appology for not getting the year right for this
book………………….

I am so sorry. for what it has here concerning cell sizing and doings
cannot be found elsewhere, besides breeding and other.
